Attingham Park is a beautiful National Trust property that dates back to the late 18th Century and offers extensive parklands as well as a cafe and shops. The house can be visited with guided tours run regularly where visitors can learn about the colourful history of the house and its wealth of interesting historical items throughout the house. The 200 acre grounds are brilliant for exploring and walking, the park is home to a large herd of deer which can regularly be seen in the parkland. There are woodlands and open grass areas that offer miles of walks and open playfield as well as an organic walled garden to explore.

Originally constructed for the 1st Lord Berwick, Attingham Park has witnessed the ebb and flow of history. From its role as a family seat to its transformation into a convalescent home during World War I, the mansion has played a pivotal role in various chapters of British history. Guided tours and exhibitions within the estate unravel the fascinating stories and anecdotes that have shaped Attingham’s rich history.
